1. Introduction
Welcome to DNW Janitorial Upstate ("DNW," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DNW provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, industrial, and specialty facilities across Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities, including Columbia, SC and Metro Atlanta, GA. Service details, pricing, and availability are provided through our online quote system and are subject to change.
3. Bookings and Payments
When you book a service through our website, you will receive an instant price estimate based on your selected service type and square footage. A hold is placed on your payment method at the time of booking through Stripe. The hold is captured and the payment is processed at the time of service. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement for the scheduled service.
4. Pricing
Prices are calculated based on the square footage you provide and the rates in our pricing guide at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for conditions not captured in the online estimate, such as excessive clutter, biohazards, or conditions requiring specialized treatment. Any adjustments will be communicated before service is rendered.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will release the payment hold and no charge will be processed. Cancellations within 48 hours of the service date may result in the held payment being captured as a service fee. No refunds are issued for services once they have been provided. To cancel a booking, contact us at info@dnwupstate.com as early as possible.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate square footage and property information, ensure reasonable access to the property, and remove valuables or fragile items before service. Pets should be secured, and hazardous conditions should be disclosed prior to booking.
7. Liability
DNW carries liability insurance for damages caused by our staff during the course of service. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of the service date. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of DNW Janitorial Upstate and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Referral Program
DNW Janitorial Upstate operates a referral program that allows registered participants ("Referrers") to earn a fee for each new booking that uses their unique referral code. The referral fee is added to the customer's booking price at the time of checkout. Referral payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for all referrals whose referred services were completed in the prior month. The referral fee amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of the owner. A completed W-9 form is required before payouts can be issued once a Referrer's annual earnings exceed $600, as required by IRS regulations. Referrers must provide accurate payout information (PayPal or Zelle) at the time of registration and are responsible for keeping that information current. Self-referrals are not permitted. DNW reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. By participating in the referral program, you agree to these terms.
12. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, DNW may offer promotional discounts or promo codes. Only one promotional offer or discount code may be applied per booking. Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined with referral codes, other promotions, or any other discounts. All offers are subject to expiration dates and usage limits as specified at the time the offer is made. Expired or exhausted promo codes will not be honored. DNW reserves the right to modify, cancel, or revoke any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. The application of a promotional discount does not affect the referral fee surcharge, which is calculated independently.
